It is therefore essential to have it in your possession, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ideally in printed form<\/span>when you check in at the airport.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>On arrival<\/strong>Sri Lankan immigration officials will ask you to present your ETA when you arrive at the airport in Sri Lanka. They will check its validity and may ask you questions about your stay, including where you are staying and how long you plan to stay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>It is therefore vital that you print out your ETA and keep it with you throughout your trip to Sri Lanka.<\/strong> If you lose or forget your ETA, you may be refused boarding or entry into Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember that the ETA for Sri Lanka does not exempt you from presenting a passport valid for at least 6 months after your planned return date.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You must present your Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) for Sri Lanka at two key points during your trip: it is therefore crucial to print out your ETA and keep it with you throughout your trip to Sri Lanka.
