These documents will be requested once the form has been completed and paid for. Documents must be legibleso that you can compare them with your manually entered data. They should be sent to via the secure link indicated in the confirmation email.

Passport
A scan of the identity pages of your valid passport (the one used for your trip to Sri Lanka). This is the passport page with your date of birth, passport number, etc.
Photocopies must be in colour.
Attention your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Sri Lanka. It cannot be an emergency green passport, or a diplomatic passport.
Passport photo
A colour scan of an ID photo: sharp, without folds or marks, and without over- or underexposure. It can be square or rectangular. The passport photo must be recent. The haircut is not important.
Ideally, photos should be more than 350px wide and high. You can take your own photos, as long as you respect the constraints listed.
